Odoo Sales, Timesheets, and Invoicing Modules

Allvic Containers needed a streamlined way to automate their billing for container movements, including fees for arrival, departure, access, and storage. We implemented the Odoo Sales, Timesheets, and Odoo Invoicing modules to automate the process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing without manual input. This automation has drastically reduced administrative work and improved billing accuracy, allowing Allvic Containers to focus on more critical tasks.

Odoo Accounting Module

We integrated the Odoo Accounting module to ensure seamless financial management. This integration allows Allvic Containers to manage their invoicing, track payments, and generate financial reports effortlessly, ensuring that all financial data is up to date and accurate.

Mobile App Customization for Yard Operators

A significant challenge for Allvic Containers was the cumbersome use of the Odoo mobile app in the yard, which led to continued reliance on paper for container management. In response, we developed a custom mobile app tailored for yard operators, making it easier to fix OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors and enabling seamless container tracking.

The new app’s dedicated UI for container numbers allowed operators to quickly address OCR mistakes, ensuring accuracy without slowing down the process. After iterative improvements, the app became fully integrated into daily operations, resulting in a paperless yard and significant efficiency gains.

Odoo Integration with Xero

We also integrated Odoo with Xero for a smoother connection between their accounting systems. This integration allows Allvic Containers to maintain consistency in their financial operations while keeping everything centralized within Odoo.
