We are looking for a Salesperson to secure short and long-term profitable business for M+ Software through proactive business development based on the fundamental understanding of the customer's business, operations, and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions allowing a seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and M+ Software successful. This job role could be focused on selling an ERP (ODOO) to Custom Business Solutions (Enterprise Software, Mobile Apps, Websites), Outsourcing, and Vertical Solution. 

Job Description:

• Understand IT solutions and provide solution and guidance to clients.

• Support the Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customers Pain Points and Translate Technologies into solutions that meet Customer’s Business Goals 

• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education and after sales support services 

• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events 

• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs

• Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth 

• Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives or performance is achieved 

• Faster strong relationship with customers and suppliers/vendors, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time 

Requirements:

• You have an Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Have Experience as software engineer

• Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a related position.

• Have a strong base or network in Information Technology (IT) industry

• Have a knowledge and experience in ERP Odoo project 

• Have good communication; interpersonal skills include Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.

Summary: 

Your main mission will be to manage digital projects (Mobile apps, Website, ERP) making sure they are following the determined scope, schedule and budget. You will be the link between the customer and the technical team and will oversee the project from start to finish. With good communication skills and fluent in English, you are able to report and coordinate with both the customer and the management.

• Assisting our engineering team, you will analyze the client needs and requirements to express it technically for the developers.

• Assisting our sales by providing quotes and proposals for our IT projects.

• Identify use cases, stakeholders and business flows from the requirements. 

• Devise solutions by designing UX / UI components, preparing necessary diagrams (eg: ERD, DFD, Flowchart), and scenarios to be tested.

Job Description:

• Involving in all aspects of software testing is an exercise in creativity (performance testing, functionality testing, user interface testing, and security testing)

• Responsible for tracking bug reports and managing that they are fixed

• Responsible for creating the test case, user manual, and test script

• Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures

• Working with software engineers and designers to solve any issues identified by testing

• Writing reports based on test findings and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as QA Automation Engineer

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Robotframework, Pytest, Selenium, Behave, Appium or Katalon)
