We addressed several challenges with inventory management, improving stock accuracy and resolving issues related to negative stock levels. Odoo Sales and Invoicing Improvements

We streamlined the integration between Odoo Sales and Odoo Invoicing, making the billing and delivery process more consistent. This enhancement ensures that invoicing and deliveries align seamlessly, reducing errors and improving customer satisfaction.

Odoo Customizations for Serial Numbers and Barcode Scanning

Custom solutions were developed to automate the generation of serial numbers for Jetmaster’s products. We also enhanced barcode scanning functionality within Odoo Inventory, which has improved warehouse operations and product traceability.

Odoo Notification and Printing Solutions

We customized Odoo to provide automated notifications for job cancellations and amendments, keeping the team informed in real time. Additionally, we introduced batch printing capabilities for invoices and delivery notes, streamlining order fulfillment.

Odoo Integration with Australian Post

To further improve logistics, we integrated Odoo with Australian Post, allowing Jetmaster to manage shipments and track deliveries directly within their ERP system.

Odoo Studio Customization Training

We provided Jetmaster with training on Odoo Studio, empowering their team to make simple customizations and adapt the system to their evolving business needs.
